KETO COOKIE DOUGH FAT BOMBS


KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH FAT BOMBS

Ingredients:

(12- 1” Bombs)

 

  • 4 Tbsp Butter (softened)

 

 

  • 3 Tbsp Almond Butter

 

 

  • ⅓ Cup Powdered Sugar Substitute

 

 

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

 

 

  • 1 Scoop of Collagen or Protein Powder (optional)

 

 

  • ½ Cup Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Chips

 

 

  • 1 Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bar

 

 

  • ½ Tsp of Sea Salt 
Instructions:

STEP 1: Add softened butter, nut butter, sugar substitute, vanilla extract and a  scoop of either collagen or protein powder to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to  whip ingredients together. 

STEP 2: When the mixture is smooth and no lumps are present fold in chocolate  the Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Chips. Form into 1” balls and set aside. 

STEP 3: Melt 1 Keto Pint Dark Chocolate Bar over low heat in a saucepan. Cover cookie dough balls in chocolate. 

STEP 4: Sprinkle coarse salt over the chocolate covered bombs. Let cool on a wire  rack until the shell hardens. You can refrigerate to speed up this process.  Enjoy!
