KETO CHOCOLATE CLUSTER CUPS


The perfect combination of nutty and creamy in a cup! Creamy chocolate, crunchy nuts and the perfect touch of coconut- easy to make to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

(16 cups)

  •  1/3 c KETO Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 c Coconut Oil, room temp
  • 1/4 c Mixed Nuts, crushed
  • Coconut, shredded unsweetened 
Instructions:
STEP 1: Lightly spray a mini muffin tin.
STEP 2: On low heat or in the microwave, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a medium dish.
STEP 3: Remove from heat and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4: Stir in crushed nuts.
STEP 5: Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin.
STEP 6: Top each cup with coconut. 
STEP 7: Place in the freezer for 20-25 minutes to harden.
