Q: How many net carbs are there in your products?
A: All of our pints are 3g net carbs per serving, and each pint is 3 servings. Each Keto Bar counts as a single serving and contains 2g net carbs per bar.
Q: Is there sugar in your products?
A: In our products there is a very small amount of sugar that comes naturally from the lactose used in our ingredients. However, there is no added sugars as our products are sweetened naturally with organic monk fruit and stevia.
Q: Are your products safe for women who are pregnant?
A: Yes, all of our dairy products as well as egg used in making our product is all pasteurized and are safe for women who are pregnant to consume. However, we do recommend that you consult a doctor or healthcare professional regarding any concerns prior to consumption.
Q: Is your ice cream pints chalky like other Keto ice cream brands?
A: The answer is no, our product is not chalky in texture. Due to the high buttermilk fat percentage required to make our products they typically freeze harder than regular ice cream as we do not have high amounts of sugar to naturally soften the ice cream. We simply recommend that you leave your pint for 20 minutes or microwave for 20 seconds before consuming.
Q: How does my online order not melt before getting to my place?
A: Our fulfillment center packs our product on enough dry ice to ensure that it stays frozen for up to five days. We use FedEx two day ground shipping that gets shipped directly from our fulfillment center to your front door ensuring that the product does not melt.
Q: What is Monk Fruit? Is it natural?
A: Monk fruit is a small round fruit native to southern China. It has been used for centuries in Eastern medicine as a cold and digestive aid, and now it is also being used to sweeten foods and beverages. Monk fruit sweeteners are created by removing the seeds and skin of the fruit, crushing the fruit, and collecting the juice. The fruit extract, or juice, contains zero calories per serving. Monk fruit sweeteners are permitted for use in foods and beverages by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Q: How do you calculate net carbs?
A: To calculate net carbs you simply take the grams of carbohydrates minus the grams of dietary fiber as well as sugar alcohols. Ex: Carbs - Dietary Fiber - Sugar Alcohols = Net Carbs
Q: Why use net carbs and not total carbs?
A: Net carbs are the grams of total carbohydrates in a food minus its grams of total fiber. Fiber is a carbohydrate that your body can’t digest, so it doesn’t count toward the amount of carbs that can trigger an insulin response, which too much of can prevent your body from going into a ketosis state.
Q: Do your products contain nuts?
A: Only two of our products contain nuts, but we have a disclaimer on all of our products stating they’re processed in a facility that uses tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat. All of our ice creams are manufactured on the same equipment, however, they are thoroughly sanitized between every batch. If you or someone you know has a severe nut allergy we always recommend consulting a doctor with additional questions.
Q: Is Keto Pint okay to consume if I have diabetes?
A:We are a great snack for diabetics! Our ice cream is crafted to include no added sugar, as well as ingredients that are low glycemic in order to reduce insulin secretion, having minimal effects on blood sugar levels.

A: We’ve got you covered with 2-day shipping, but..sometimes things are unpredictable and we know that! If your product arrives damaged or melted we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
