KETO PUMPKIN PIE ICE CREAM BITES


Keto Pumpkin Pie ice cream Bites

Ingredients:

(Serving Size: 6 Cups)

Crust:

  • ½ cup keto granola
  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup almond butter

Filling:

  • 1 cup Keto Pint Butter Pecan ice cream
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

Topping:

  • Keto Pint Butter Pecan ice cream

Directions:

STEP 1: Lightly spray or line a muffin tin.

STEP 2: Pulse blend together all ingredients for the crust.

STEP 3: Transfer mixture into muffin tin cups.

STEP 4: Blend or mix together all filling ingredients. 

STEP 5: Pour filling mixture on top of crust.

STEP 6: Spoon extra top layer of Keto Pint ice cream. 

STEP 7: Freeze until hardened.
